ERIC LEE, Senior Portfolio Manager & Partner
Prior to starting 621 Capital, Eric spent 5 years at RAM Real Estate Capital underwriting, managing, and ultimately exiting several residential real estate joint ventures across the United States.
Additionally, Eric spent 3 years at Walton Asset Management in New York City as a Financial Analyst focused on the Washington D.C. and Texas regions. He managed several large scale, ground-up residential and mixed-use developments, and underwrote the acquisition/divestiture of several regional land holdings amounting to over $50M of institutional debt and private equity.
Prior to Walton Asset Management, Eric was an Analyst with Land & Buildings Investment Management, a Connecticut-based, long/short equity hedge fund focused on real estate and real estate related companies. There, Eric was responsible for all investments in and coverage of Retail, Industrial, Lodging, and Triple Net REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts). Further, he also developed and implemented a quantitative trading strategy in addition to research-driven trading ideas.
Eric earned his B.S. in Finance and General Accounting from the Stern School of Business at New York University, and has passed Level I of the CFA Program.
